N26 x Samsung - Metal Promotion T&Cs
Terms and Conditions
Promotion offered by N26 Bank SE, Voltairestr. 8, 10179 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter: ‘N26’) as sole organiser.
The promotion is exclusively available to users of Samsung devices and valid from 22.05.2025, 00:00 (CET) until 22.06.2025, 23:59 (CET) (‘validity period’).
The promotion is available to new N26 customers using a Samsung device with their residence in Germany who successfully sign up and open a N26 bank account (successful identification and provision of the N26 bank account by N26) and add their N26 card to Samsung wallet during the above mentioned validity period. The promotional code can only be redeemed one time in total and once per customer, availability of account opening provided.
N26 Flex customers are excluded from this promotion.
The promotional code will be provided to the new N26 customer after successfully adding their N26 card to Samsung wallet via E-Mail and in-app message and can be redeemed from 22.05.2025, 00:00 (CET) until 06.07.2025, 23:59 (CET). To enter the promotion, new N26 customers have to use the promotional code when upgrading to a N26 Metal Premium membership.
Once the promotional code is redeemed and the new N26 customer has successfully subscribed to a N26 Metal Premium membership, the new customer will be exempt from paying the monthly N26 Metal membership fee (€16.90/month) for the first 6 months of their membership subscription (hereinafter: ‘promotional period’).
The N26 Metal bank account comes with a one-year term and may be terminated at any time. The T&Cs of the N26 Metal bank account apply. The T&Cs of the N26 Metal bank account can be accessed via the website: n26.com. When the promotion ends, the new N26 customer’s subscription to N26 Metal will remain active, and the N26 customer will therefore remain subject to the T&Cs of the N26 Metal account and the corresponding monthly membership fees according to the price list (€16.90/month), unless the N26 customer terminates their N26 Metal membership. If the customer effectively terminates their N26 Metal membership, the customer will be downgraded to the N26 Standard account as it is offered at the time the customer's termination is becoming effective.
If the eligible customer or N26 terminate the N26 Metal membership during the promotional period, the eligible customer does not receive any payout or reimbursement. If N26 or the eligible customers terminate the account or eligible customers switch to a different N26 Premium account, such as N26 Smart or N26 You, the respective membership fee will have to be paid in full.
N26 reserves the right to terminate this promotion or perform reasonable changes to the promotion at any time if it notices any abuse of the promotion or violation of these T&Cs.
This promotion will be subject to the legislation of Germany.
The official language of these T&Cs is the contract language of the current account contract between N26 and the customer (hereinafter: the ‘Official Language’). Any translation must be considered as a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancies between the Official Language of these T&Cs and any courtesy translation, the Official Language version will prevail.
