How it works

Withdraw up to €200 for free. Deposit a minimum of €50, with a 1.5% transaction fee.
Head to the app

Go to the Cards tab in your N26 app

Choose the amount

Select ‘Deposit or withdraw cash’ and choose your amount

Show your code

A unique code will be created — show this to the cashier

Cash in hand

After scanning, you’ll get your cash or notification of deposit

Partner stores include: dm, Penny, Rewe (with a few exceptions), Rossmann, Barbarino and many more.

FAQ

  • Cash26 lets you withdraw and deposit cash directly from our partner stores. Choose your amount, generate a digital barcode in the app, and scan the code at checkout. You'll be notified by the N26 app. You can read more here.

  • Withdrawing money is free and for deposits we charge a fee of 1.5%.

  • You can withdraw a maximum of €200 in each Cash26 transaction. You can withdraw or deposit a combined total of €999 daily.

  • You have to deposit a minimum of €50 per Cash26 transaction. And you can deposit up to €999 within 24 hours. We charge a fee of 1.5% for each deposit.
