Promotion valid from 26.10.2023 until 31.12.2023.The promotion is available to new N26 customers with their place of residence in Germany and Austria who successfully sign up and open a N26 personal bank account (successful identification and provision of the N26 bank account by N26 Bank AG) who were captured via an UTM link as having received an email from FIRec GmbH (OWWN) informing them about the promotion and their eligibility (“eligible customers'').The promotion consists of a sign-up bonus and a promotional code.
1. Sign-Up Bonus
Every eligible customer who successfully opens a new N26 personal bank account (Standard, Smart, You or Metal) will receive a 25 EUR sign-up bonus in the month following the finalisation of the sign-up. To receive 25 EUR from N26 the eligible customer has to use the link provided in the email sent by OWWN when opening a N26 bank account. The promotion can only be redeemed once in total and once per customer, availability of account opening provided. 2. Promotional code
Additionally the eligible customer signing up to a personal N26 Smart bank account may be exempt from paying the monthly N26 Smart membership fee (€4.90/month) for the first 12 months of their membership subscription by using the promotional code provided to them in the email from OWWN when opening a N26 Smart bank account. Once the promotional code is redeemed and the new N26 customer has successfully opened a N26 Personal Smart bank account, the new customer will be exempt from paying the monthly N26 Smart membership fee (€4.90/month) for the first 12 months of their membership subscription. The promotional code can only be redeemed once in total and once per customer, availability of account opening provided.The N26 Smart bank account comes with a one-year term and may be terminated at any time. When the promotion ends the eligible customer´s subscription to N26 Smart will remain active, and the eligible customer will therefore remain subject to the T&Cs of N26 Smart and the corresponding monthly fees according to the price list (€4.90/month). If the eligible customer terminates the N26 Smart membership during/after the promotional period in line with the applicable T&Cs, the customer will be downgraded to the N26 Standard account as it is offered at the time the customer´s termination is becoming effective.If N26 or the eligible customer terminates the account or eligible customer switches to a different N26 account, such as N26 You or N26 Metal, the respective monthly fee will have to be paid in full. If the eligible customer or N26 terminate the N26 Smart membership during the promotional period, the eligible customer does not receive any reimbursement.
3. Miscellaneous
The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers of N26. N26 reserves the right to terminate this promotion or perform reasonable changes to the promotion at any time if it notices any abuse of the promotion or violation of these T&Cs.This promotion will be subject to the legislation of the country that the N26 entity that you have contracted with has its legal seat and to the taxation of the customer´s country of residence, and the corresponding taxes may be accrued according to the applicable regulations. In case of litigation between N26 and a Consumer with a place of residence in the European Union, the Consumer can nevertheless rely on mandatory ("Public Order") provisions of the national law of its country of residence.
