Are there Minimum Usage Requirements?
None to speak of. Since February 2018 you don’t need to make a minimum number of transactions and there aren’t any fees related to how often you use the account.
Is there a time commitment for your N26 account?
If you open a free N26 account or N26 Business account, there is no commitment on how long you need to keep your account open. If you open a N26 Black, N26 Metal, or N26 Business Black account you commit to having the account for 12 months.
How many free withdrawals can I make in a month?
You can withdraw euros at any ATM up to 5 times a month for free. After the 5th withdrawal, there is a €2 fee for each extra one.
Can I withdraw money abroad?
Yes, of course. With your N26 Black or N26 Metal card, you can withdraw cash for free in any currency, as many times as you want. If you a standard N26 account, you can withdraw euros fee-free. If you need cash in a different currency, you’ll pay a low 1.7% fee on the amount withdrawn.
What is included in the Allianz insurance package?
The Allianz insurance policy protects you when traveling and shopping. It comes with mobile phone theft protection (if bought with your N26 Black account), travel insurance, ATM theft protection, and an extended warranty and purchase protection on qualifying goods.
