The website/app uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, web analytics services of Google Inc. (“Google”). Our mobile apps use the usage evaluation and analysis technology, “adjust.io,” a service provided by Adjust GmbH (“Adjust”). When you open the N26 app, adjust collects installation and event data, such as “app opened” or “account opened”. We use this anonymised information to understand how our users interact with the N26 app and to analyse mobile ad campaigns. For such an analysis, Adjust uses your anonymised IDFA or Android ID, along with your anonymised IP and MAC address. It is not possible to identify you individually.
We use our email newsletter to inform you about us and our offers.
If you wish to receive the email newsletter, we require from you a valid email address. In addition, your prior express written consent is always necessary. We will verify that you are the holder of the specified email address or that the holder agrees to receive the email newsletter. Further data are not collected. These data are only used for sending the email newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties.
By registering for the newsletter, we store your IP address and the date of registration. This storage is used solely as evidence in the case that a third party misuses an email address and registers to receive the newsletter without knowledge of the person authorised.
