5 tips for managing finances as coparents 

Dividing up costs as coparents may seem daunting, but with a little organization and effective communication, you’ll find that it may not be as hard as you think. Here are 5 top tips for managing your finances while coparenting. 

1. Define your shared expenses

Work together to create a list of shared costs for your children. This might include school fees, clothing, and after school classes.     Coparenting is a model where individuals who are not romantically linked share parenting duties for their children. The individuals may have been in a relationship previously or may have decided to have a child together without forming a romantic relationship.
