This isn’t just about features - it’s about defining what value feels like, for our most engaged and discerning users.
As part of the Home Screen team, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives that define the experience of N26 customers affecting various areas of the customer journey.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, ux and engineering. You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, data, and operations to craft experiences that delight our most valuable users — and drive real business impact.
What you'll do
- Drive the vision and execution for the N26 Home screen, focusing on customer engagement and product cross-selling.
- Master cross-functional discovery by being highly capable with data analysis, forming testable hypotheses, and leading full-scale discovery cycles using established frameworks like Double Diamond or Design Thinking.
- Define and own the team's roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features that enhance the Home and Transactions experience and support key business outcomes.
- Lead detailed feature definition, including creating comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Relentlessly optimize the Home experience by setting up, running, and analyzing A/B experiments, extrapolating results, and implementing data-driven product decisions.
- Maintain deep operational engagement with the Home team by ensuring full availability for all team ceremonies and managing daily operational tasks in close collaboration with the Product Designer and Engineering team.
- Champion strategic initiatives and continuous Home page and Transactions list improvements.
- Ensure ongoing communication and alignment with team members and cross-functional stakeholders on all in-flight and planned projects.
- Contribute to setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for activation and engagement on the Home screen.
What we're looking for
- Proven Product Management experience, ideally in consumer or fintech
- Fluent in UX thinking – understands what great feels like
- Proven ability to manage and multitask complex cross-functional workstreams
- Excellent stakeholder management and crisp communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative, ambiguous environment
- Experience in designing, setting up, and running product experiments (A/B testing) to drive impactful, data-led decisions and optimize user flows
- Able to balance vision with iteration — bold ideas grounded in experimentation
- You think in systems, but care about the tiny UX details too
Nice to haves
- Experience with UX principles with a strong eye for detail
