About the opportunity
We’re building the most valuable premium banking experience in the world — and we’re looking for a strategic, user-obsessed Senior Product Manager
to help us lead that charge. This isn’t just about features - it’s about defining what value feels like, for our most engaged and discerning users. As part of the Premium Subscriptions team, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives that define the experience, benefits, pricing and perception of our premium users. . You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, data, and operations to craft experiences that delight our most valuable users — and drive real business impact.In this role, you will:
- Define and own the roadmap for premium subscription upgrades & churn, across tiers
- Translate strategic business goals into clear, actionable product plans Lead complex projects including some 3rd party benefit integrations (e.g. bundled subscriptions, AI tools to predict churn, etc.)
- Build internal features that elevate the paid experience (e.g. lifestyle perks, travel tools, exclusive in-app UX)
- Shape the subscription lifecycle: from Sign-up → upgrade → retention → renewal
- Contribute to the end-to-end pricing and packaging setup, in partnership with data and finance
- Optimize our paywall funnels, A/B test flows, and continuously refine price-to-value messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, ops, legal, business, marketing and finance
- Coordinate with partnerships and legal to bring in new third-party benefits and optimizations to our paywalls
- Set KPIs, run experiments, and make data-driven decisions to optimize uptake, retention, and revenue
- Help define the how we can increase awareness of premium tiers and its value, to maximize perceived value and adoption
What We're Looking For
Product Management experience
, ideally in consumer or fintechStrong analytical mindset
– able to work with data to guide decisions (SQL a plus)- Experience with
monetization, pricing models
, or value-based tiering Fluent in UX thinking
– understands what great feels like- Proven ability to
manage complex cross-functional workstreams
- Excellent
stakeholder management
and crisp communication skills - Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative, ambiguous environment
- Able to
balance vision with iteration
