About the opportunity
We’re looking for a Sr. People Operations Excellence Partner
to make sure our People processes run smoothly, are compliant, and can scale as we grow. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for Workday, help us streamline and automate how we work, and support key programs like performance management, succession planning, and DEI initiatives. Your work will make a real difference in creating a high-performing, inclusive culture where people can do their best from day one.In this role, you will:

Systems & Tooling:
Be our Workday super-user – testing, configuring workflows, building reports, troubleshooting issues, and making sure our teams know how to use it. -
Automation & Process Improvement:
Spot opportunities to simplify and automate People Ops processes (like benefits, knowledge management, and documentation) and help roll out scalable solutions. -
Process Documentation:
Keep our core People processes clear and consistent by creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation. -
Audit & Compliance:
Make sure our processes tick all the compliance boxes and support audits with accurate data, documentation, and system checks. -
Talent & DEI Projects:
Help drive our talent and DEI programs – from performance cycles to succession planning and probation assessments. -
Reporting & Insights:
Build dashboards and reports that give our teams visibility and insights to make better decisions.
What you need to be successful:
Background & Experience:

3–5 years’ experience in People Ops, HRIS, or HR project roles.

Solid knowledge of Workday HCM and reporting (bonus if you’re certified).

Experience with other HR tools, systems, or automation platforms.

Good understanding of HR compliance, benefits, and process documentation.

Familiarity with performance management, succession planning, and DEI work.

Experience supporting audits and keeping data and systems accurate.

Strong multitasker with high attention to detail and quality.

Great communicator in English (German, Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus).

Confident working with different stakeholders and teams.

Comfortable in fast-changing, dynamic environments.

Detail-oriented, structured, and organized.
