Quality Assurance Analyst

About the opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and reliable analyst to join the AFC QA team and you will mainly support our German market .  You will be joining an international team working where the lines of Anti Financial Crime and Vendor Management cross.   

In this role, you will:

 

• Perform quality checks on a variety of tasks performed by our internal AFC department and our AFC vendors 
• Evaluate and report internal and vendor performance
• Provide valuable feedback to our vendors and monitor improvement efforts
• Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures in cooperation with our vendors
• Support processes / Sub Processes relevant for your team/market 
• Deliver assigned tasks according to quality standards and in a timely manner

 

What you’ll need to be successful

Background: 

• You are fluent in German and English
• You were able to gain experience in/AML in a previous position
• Experience with G Suite and SQL is a big plus
• You are detail oriented, diligent and reliable
• You work independently and with integrity
• You are eager to learn and want to drive the improvement of our vendor performance
