Finance Business Partner Manager - Grow & Engage

In this role, you will:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of shaping the financial and strategic direction of the Grow & Engage Domain, including our Memberships segment. Leveraging financial insights, you will empower data-driven decision making, instill a culture of accountability, and unlock opportunities to maximize value. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will bridge financial performance and strategic goals, driving the Domain toward its ambitious objectives. Once here you will:- Provide financial transparency by analyzing and reporting on Financial and Operational KPIs, supporting the Leadership team in understanding performance drivers.
- Manage the Domain’s full P&L, including assessing impacts from new products, strategic initiatives, and business cases.
- Lead the end-to-end Forecasting and Budgeting process while partnering with cross-functional teams and corporate FP&A to ensure alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, acting as a trusted financial advisor to support and challenge them in achieving financial targets.
- Collaborate with the Domain to develop business cases and ad-hoc analyses, driving financial accountability and informed decision-making.
- Become key point of contact to bridge Domain's operational and financial KPIs while ensuring seamless integration between the two.
- Support the development of the Domain strategy by providing insightful financial guidance.
- Continuously improve tools, processes, and reporting systems to enhance financial support for the Domain.
What you need to be successful:
- A Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Management (or an MBA combined with another degree).
- 4–6 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, preferably supporting product or commercial areas.
- Experience in the FinTech industry or familiarity with subscription-based business models, is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships across different functions and levels.
- Experience leveraging large datasets and using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to develop actionable insights.
- A resilient, adaptable mindset, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and learn from setbacks.
- An entrepreneurial approach, proactively identifying opportunities and driving initiatives forward.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to present complex financial data to diverse audiences clearly and effectively.
