People Business Partner

In this role, you will:
- Build strong relationships with leaders in the Operations organization to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Support in driving people-focused initiatives that align with organizational goals, such as workforce planning, talent management and succession, annual performance cycle, and employee engagement strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing coaching and guidance to leaders on people management, organizational design, and team development.
- Liaise with our Employment Relations team to ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies while supporting a fair and consistent approach to decision-making.
- Collaborate with other HR (People) Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Talent & Organisational Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as change management, DE&I efforts, or process optimization.
- Use HR metrics to provide insights and drive data-informed decision-making within our team as well as our stakeholders.
- Address employee relations matters and support conflict resolution in a constructive manner.
What you need to be successful:
Background:- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within a compliance-driven or operational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and influence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex and sensitive matters.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results with support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in managing or contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
- A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations within Germany & Spain is a plus.
- Any previous experience working with German Works Councils is an even bigger plus!
