*Terms and ConditionsThe cashback promotion is offered by N26 SE, Voltairestraße 8, 10179 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter: ‘N26’) as sole organizer. The cashback promotion is in no way controlled or managed by Online Marketing Rockstars, Ramp 106 GmbH, Lagerstraße 36, Gebäude 44
20357 Hamburg (hereinafter: ‘OMR’), and they have no involvement in the cashback promotion other than publicising the cashback promotion and applicable code in the OMR podcast available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Any cashback payouts are managed and controlled directly by N26.Promotional code valid from 16.10.2025 until 30.11.2025 (‘offer period’).The promotion is available to new N26 customers with their place of residence in Germany, and Austria who successfully sign up and open a N26 Personal bank account (successful identification and provision of the N26 bank account by N26) during the offer period using the following promotional code: OMR26. The promotional code can only be redeemed 750 times in total and once per customer, availability of account opening provided. This cashback promotion does not apply to the opening of N26 Business accounts.The eligible customer can participate once in the promotion by successfully redeeming the promotional code and opening a N26 Personal bank account. If the eligible customer spends EUR 50 or more in 10 card transactions with their N26 Mastercard Debit (‘Qualifying transaction’) within the first 30 days after successful enrolment in the promotion (‘promotion period’), they’ll receive a reimbursement of EUR 50 in cashback. The reimbursement will be credited to the eligible customer’s N26 Personal bank account (main account) 30 days after the promotion period ends.
ATM withdrawals, transactions to credit accounts (e.g. account top-ups at other banks), betting and casino gambling transactions, cash-like (quasi-cash) transactions such as money or cryptocurrency purchases, and purchases via third-party payment providers such as PayPal do not classify as a Qualifying Transaction and are expressly excluded.If the eligible customer opens a N26 Smart, Go or Metal account, they have to regularly pay their periodic premium membership fees. N26 reserves the right to otherwise immediately stop crediting any reimbursements under these T&Cs. If N26 or the eligible customer terminates the N26 Smart, Go or Metal membership or N26 current account contract in line with the applicable N26 account T&Cs during the promotion period, the eligible customer loses the right to receive or claim any reimbursement that has not been paid out before the termination date. The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers of N26.N26 reserves the right to terminate this cashback promotion or perform reasonable changes to the promotion at any time if it notices any abuse of the cashback promotion or violation of these T&Cs. N26 further reserves the right to stop crediting any reimbursements under these T&Cs, if N26 customers undertake to misuse the promotion.The cashback promotion will be subject to the legislation of the country that the N26 entity that the eligible customer has contracted with has its legal seat.The official language of these T&Cs is the contract language of the current account contract between N26 and the eligible customer (hereinafter: the ‘official language’). Any translation must be considered as a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancies between the official language of these T&Cs and any courtesy translation, the official language version will prevail.Privacy Notice
