COVID-19: latest updates on our customer service availability

In light of recent global developments due to COVID-19, we are constantly taking measures to ensure the safety of our staff, while continuing to deliver the best possible customer service experience for you.

Our mission to support you and deliver our banking and customer services as per usual remain unchanged. That said, we want to be able to update you should the situation evolve.

Our opening times remain unchanged: from 07:00 - 23:00 hrs daily, including Sundays and public holidays.

If you need to block your card in an emergency, you will be able to do so in your N26 app, or by calling our automated emergency hotline at +44 2035 107126.
