*Promotion offered by N26 Bank AG, Italian Branch (hereinafter “N26 Bank"), Via FIlippo Sassetti 32, 20124 Milan, Italy. Promotion valid from 28/11/2022 until 31/01/2022. Promotion is exclusively available to eligible existing N26 customers residing in Italy with an active N26 Standard bank account with N26 Bank. Selected customers receive a notification via email from N26 Bank informing them of the promotion.

To enjoy the promotion, eligible customers must subscribe to an N26 Smart premium account from the N26 App and insert the promocode “BOOST22” during the upgrade process, receive a single incoming transaction of at least €700 per month on their N26 Smart premium account, and make at least one payment per month with their N26 bank card excluding ATM withdrawals.

If the conditions of the promotion are respected, the monthly membership fee of the N26 Smart premium account debited from this same account will be reimbursed by N26 Bank each month. Reimbursement of monthly membership fee will be credited to the N26 customer's bank account no later than the 10th day of the following month. The promotion applies until the customer meets all the conditions of the promotion and for a maximum period of 12 months.

The customer has the possibility to terminate the N26 Smart premium account at any time or to switch to an N26 Standard bank account. In the event of termination of membership of the N26 Smart premium account during or at the end of the promotion in accordance with article 4.2 of the T&Cs of the N26 Smart premium account, the customer will be automatically downgraded to an N26 Standard account offered at the subscription by N26 on the date on which the termination by the customer takes effect, unless he closes his N26 account.

The promotion applies only to customers that have an N26 Standard account and does not include the customers who are currently holders of an N26 premium account (N26 Smart, N26 You, N26 Metal) or who have been holders in the last 3 months. To enjoy the promotion, N26 customers must also regularly pay the monthly fees for the N26 Smart premium account of 4.90 EUR/month. Otherwise, N26 Bank reserves the right to stop crediting any reimbursement of monthly fee under these T&Cs. If N26 customers terminate their N26 Smart Premium Account in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions during the promotion period, in which they receive a reimbursement of monthly fee, they lose the right to receive or claim any reimbursement that has not been paid out before the termination date. If the customer upgrades to a different N26 premium account, such as N26 You or N26 Metal, the respective monthly premium subscription fee will be discounted of €4.90 if the conditions of the promotion continue to be met.

The customer does not benefit from the reimbursement and the amount of the N26 Smart premium account (4,90€/mese) is debited for each month in which the conditions of the promotions are not met. The customer loses the right to benefits arising from the campaign for an indefinite term if the conditions are not respected for 4 consecutive months. At the end of the 12-month promotion period, the N26 customer's annual membership fee to the N26 Smart premium account remains valid. The N26 customer remains subject to the T&Cs of the N26 Smart premium account and is required to pay monthly fees (€4.90/month). The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer from N26 Bank. N26 Bank reserves the right to stop crediting any reimbursements under these T&Cs or to make reasonable changes to the offer or interrupt the offer, due to force majeure or if N26 customers undertake to misuse the promotion.
