What are Free Delivery Credits? How can I obtain them?
If you’re a registered Glovo customer, you can collect credits for free deliveries in your profile, and these can be used for future purchases on Glovo. These are accumulated to be redeemed for free deliveries, and not for money. When you purchase one product through the Glovo app/web with your N26 card, you’ll receive your promo code via email—copy this code into the Glovo app.
Does this mean that I’ll never pay a Glovo delivery fee when making purchases with my N26 Card?
No, you will pay the first delivery in order to obtain one Free Delivery Credit. Then, for every order you make, you'll get free delivery until 20/02/2020.
When and where will I see Glovo’s Free Delivery Credit in my profile?
Free Delivery Credits will be generated in your profile within 7 days after the delivery, and you'll receive a code either via push notification in Glovo's app or via email.
Will I be eligible to redeem Free Delivery Credits accumulated in my profile after the offer expires?
Yes, after the end of the offer you’ll be able to continue redeeming your Free Delivery Credits. However, you’ll not be able to obtain new Free Delivery Credits when making any new purchases with your N26 card.
