Now more than ever, we’d like to reassure you that we are on your side and that our banking services remain unchanged.Following advice from the World Health Organization (WHO) and guidelines from the Italian government, we strongly recommend that you limit social interactions and do not leave your home unless absolutely necessary. As your N26 account can be managed fully from your smartphone or computer, you’re covered at home for all your personal banking needs. Your account, along with all of its features, will continue to function as normal, and our Customer Service agents are still always available for any help you might need. Just open your N26 app and go to the “My account” section to use the chat function.During moments like these, feeling anxious, sad, or lonely is perfectly normal.
