Senior Product Manager - Lending

About the opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap for some of our Lending foundational products and services. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, data science and credit risk to deliver exceptional products that drive business growth.  Lending Foundations builds a platform that enables a scalable, operational and profitable Lending business across Europe, taking financial flexibility to  each one of our clients, when needed, at a convenient rate. We do this by:

• Developing vertical-agnostic systems and flows that enable virtually any roll-out in weeks, instead of months.
• Connecting to external data sources to get the most complete possible picture of a user’s financial life. 
• Harnessing diverse data points to power profile modelling (predictive and non-predictive) at scale.

This role can be based in Berlin, Barcelona, Madrid, or Vienna.

In this role, you will:

• Own and shape the backlog, roadmap and vision of a cross-functional product team
• Analyse data and user feedback, and turn them into actionable insights for your team
• Drive continuous product improvement for the existing solutions

What you need to be successful:

• Strong data analytics skills
• +3 years of experience leading cross-functional product teams
• Proven track record of successfully optimising existing products and channelling profitable growth
• Excellent communications skills, the ability to translate complex issues into simple terms is essential. 
• Previous experience with Data or Platform products is a plus
• Previous experience in the Lending or Credit Cards industry is a plus
