About the opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Program Manager to lead the execution and optimization of complex marketing initiatives across multiple channels and teams. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and delivering marketing programs that directly impact brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing large-scale marketing programs, enabling cross-team collaboration, improving processes, and maintaining a strong focus on business results. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.In this role, you will:
- Program Leadership & Execution - Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional marketing programs—campaigns, product launches, and media initiatives—ensuring strategic alignment, timely delivery, and measurable business impact.
- Operational Excellence - Establish scalable processes and frameworks to streamline marketing operations, enhance cross-team collaboration, and drive efficiency through automation and governance.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management - Serve as the central liaison for cross-functional teams and external partners, driving alignment, transparent communication, and consistent execution across all marketing initiatives.
- Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement - Measure program performance through clear KPIs, deliver actionable insights to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through data-led retrospectives and planning.
- Risk Management & Compliance - Mitigate risks across timelines, resources, and quality while ensuring all marketing initiatives comply with legal, regulatory, and brand standards through close cross-functional collaboration.
What you need to be successful:
- 5+ years of program management experience in a marketing or go-to-market environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex marketing programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Extensive experience managing the operations of brand marketing, paid media, influencer programs, social media, CRM campaigns, and events.
- Expert in project management tools (e.g.,Jira) and marketing technology platforms (e.g.,Contentful, Bynder, Braze).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect program execution to business outcomes.
- Experience in creative production and collaborating effectively with in-house or external creative teams.
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification preferred.
