About the opportunity
As N26’s Senior Manager, Executive Search you will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, and architect our Executive Search engine from the ground up. You’ll build scalable, data-driven processes and partner deeply with our ELT to attract, engage, and secure transformative C-suite and VP-level leaders. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role designed to lay the foundation for a world-class Executive TA team.In this role, you will:
- Partner with ELT: You will be a true sparring partner for the ELT on all leadership hiring from role definition through to offer negotiation.
- Design End-to-End Workflows: Create a world-class Executive Search playbook. Process flows, scorecards, calibration guides, and tooling requirements.
- Lead Market Mapping & Sourcing: Drive rigorous, data-driven market mapping and talent pipelining; leverage direct sourcing, digital channels, and a curated network to surface top-tier candidates.
- Manage Stakeholder Calibration: Facilitate regular alignment sessions and candidate debriefs with ELT, ensuring transparent evaluation and timely decision-making.
- Productise for Scale: Translate bespoke search processes into repeatable “products” and templates, enabling efficient scaling as our volume of executive searches grows.
- Data-Driven: Use data to inform decision making. Your stakeholders should never feel like they are chasing a status update.

Mentor & Enable: Share executive-search best practices across the broader TA team; in ~6 months, recruit and onboard your first direct reports.
What you need to be successful:
- Proven Expertise: 5+ years of executive search experience, with a track record of C-suite/VP placements in fintech, technology, or adjacent sectors.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort with reporting tools and analytics to drive continuous process improvement and storytelling to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional ability to build trust and credibility with ELT and senior business partners.
