Senior Brand Designer

About the opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Shape compelling brand and marketing campaigns across all channels, driving brand awareness and engagement
- Contribute to the creative direction of brand and product marketing campaigns, ensuring visual impact and strategic alignment.
- Develop and refine design systems that maintain consistency across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Transform business and user insights into visually stunning, intuitive, and high-performing creative assets.
- Uphold a high standard of design, ensuring every brand expression aligns with N26’s identity and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and product design teams to create cohesive and memorable brand experiences.
- Manage multiple high-visibility projects, balancing strategic priorities while maintaining a focus on creativity.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative design thinking into N26’s brand campaigns.
- Champion best practices in Figma and other design tools to enhance efficiency and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentor and inspire junior designers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and the development of best practices to elevate brand storytelling and design impact.
What you need to be successful:
Background:- University Degree within the field of Graphic Design.
- 5 - 7 years of brand design experience (agency/client side).

Extensive experience working on global consumer brands.
- A proven track record of creating functional and impactful designs across multiple platforms, including OOH, Social, Content, Performance,
- Lifecycle, Brand activations, Offline events, Influencer and Sports marketing.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking, consistently delivering meaningful and innovative design solutions that align with brand goals.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including utilizing it for automation, scaling production, and streamlining design workflows.
- Extensive experience collaborating with global brands and leading international creative teams on integrated campaigns.
- Exceptional asset management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee large-scale projects from concept to execution.
- Proven experience in an advertising agency environment, with a deep understanding of lifestyle brands and their unique design needs.
- A natural leader and mentor, able to guide junior designers while maintaining strong individual contributions to design work.
- Highly efficient and able to deliver high-quality work quickly, ensuring attention to detail without compromising creativity.
