Meet Pablo Reboiro
After five years at N26, Pablo took on the role of General Manager for Spain and Portugal in 2023, overseeing the end-to-end management and business strategy in the Iberian market.
Pablo has held multiple roles at N26 within the Growth team.
Most recently, he was Global Head of Growth Strategy, helping to position N26 among the fastest growing scale-startups in the fintech industry.
Get to know Pablo
Having joined N26 as Head of Strategy for Spain in 2018, Pablo was a key member of the team in charge of launching N26 in the Spanish market. He led the establishment of the local Spanish branch, the launch of accounts with Spanish IBANs, the opening of the company’s tech hub in Barcelona and initiated the process to join Bizum, among other milestones. In 2020 he was promoted to Global Head of Strategy in 2020.
Prior to joining N26, he worked at Accenture, the firm where he began his professional career and in which he worked as a strategic consultant specializing in innovation in the banking sector for five years. Pablo holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Deusto.
