About the Opportunity:
N26 is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our Banking Operations Team as a Banking Operations Analyst
. In this role, you will be a key player in managing Credit, Dunning, and Collections processes, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of Credit and Overdraft accounts, internal Dunning, and external Collections. A focus of this job is on analytical skills and the ability to independently drive process enhancements forward while keeping the day-to-day business running smoothly.In this Role, You Will:

Process Execution and Improvement: Regularly execute operational processes related to Credit, Dunning, and Collections. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Customer Complaint Resolution: Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, prioritizing the interests of the customer and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and best results in debt collection recoveries.
What You Need to Be Successful:

Experience: Previous experience in Banking or Finance. With a proven ability to handle day to day tasks independently.

Learning and Improvement: Eagerness to learn and drive the improvement and optimization of processes. A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

Ownership and Action: Strong sense of topic ownership and a bias for action. Ability to work autonomously with a “get things done” attitude.

Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is required - German is a strong plus.
Nice-to-have:

Proficiency of SQL and a willingness to further develop these skills.

Business fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.

Experience with CRM and issue tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce & JIRA) as well as credit systems (such as Mambu) is advantageous.

Domain Expertise: Previous experience in credit, dunning, or debt collection procedures is a strong plus.
