About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Financial Analyst & FP&A
to be pivotal in executing our global growth strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with several years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, or FP&A analyst, or comparable, offering the chance to contribute strategically, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead the development of your own area in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in building forecasting models, applying accounting principles, supporting strategy, conducting insightful financial analysis, and shaping financial plans to achieve objectives. Your strong business acumen will enable you to build trust and effective relationships across multi-functional teams and with management.In this Role, You Will:
- Provide financial transparency by analyzing and reporting on financial and operational KPIs, supporting the Leadership team in understanding performance drivers.
- Work closely with Senior Manager Finance Business Partner - Marketing and Head of FP&A to understand growth implications in overall company results and insight creation.
- Support Growth Strategy and Marketing team on forecasting, budgeting tracking, and strategy creation to achieve Growth Targets.
- Assess the impact of strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Support the forecasting and budgeting process while partnering with cross-functional teams and FP&A to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Marketing, as well as the wider Group Finance team, for monthly closing procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, acting as a trusted financial advisor to support and challenge them in achieving targets.
- Collaborate with different Stakeholders to develop business cases and ad-hoc analyses, driving financial accountability and informed decision-making.
- Continuously improve tools, processes, and reporting systems to enhance financial support.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Background:
- Masters degree in Business, Management or Finance required, or a combination of an MBA plus a (non-)business degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis,corporate strategy, consulting, finance or a related field. Experience in fintech or startups is a plus.
- Strong personal leadership and stakeholder management skills are required
- You build relationships across levels and functions, enabling you to create buy-in to overcome challenges and to establish new processes
- You feel comfortable navigating the uncertain, and you have the necessary resilience to learn from set-backs and course-correct
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, drawing conclusions and insights from data
- Proficiency in Excel modelling
- Knowledge of Accounting principles is highly desirable
- Proficiency in written and spoken English the ability to present complex financial data to diverse audiences clearly and effectively.
