About the opportunity
Looking for your first step into the world of People? Want to see what really keeps a fast-growing company running behind the scenes? This is your chance to dive into the heartbeat of our People Operations team—and learn what it really means to build great employee experiences from the ground up.
This isn’t just filing paperwork. You’ll be the go-to person making sure our internal engine runs smoothly, our new hires feel welcomed, and our processes stay sharp and efficient. You’ll collaborate across teams, organize chaos into calm, and gain hands-on experience in a high-impact People function.
In this role you will:
- Be the guardian of our filing room – You’ll own our physical document space. Scan, sort, and structure files like a pro—turning piles into precision and helping us stay organized and compliant.
- Run our internal People Ops post process – Work with our internal post team to collect and manage all mail related to People Ops. You'll scan documents, organize them, and open tickets in our People Service Portal to trigger the right workflows.
- Create unforgettable first days – Help deliver smooth and memorable onboarding experiences for our new joiners. You’ll be the friendly face they see when they arrive and the hands behind everything that makes their start special.
- Own the swag game – From preparing onboarding bags to managing merch, you'll make sure every new hire has what they need (and some cool extras too).
- Jump into exciting team projects – Support our People Ops Partners with real projects and daily initiatives that will stretch your skills and show you what HR operations is all about.
- How a high-growth company runs its People function day-to-day
- Real tools like Jira, Workday, and our People Service Portal
- How to manage internal processes, logistics, and cross-functional communication
- How to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team
- The impact small actions can have on someone’s entire employee journey
What you need to be successful:
- You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field—and you're curious to learn more about how People teams work behind the scenes.
- You’re fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- You’re highly organized, love structure, and have an eye for detail—keeping things in order is your superpower.
- You’re a natural problem-solver who takes initiative, follows through on tasks, and isn’t afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements.
- You’re a team player with a helpful attitude, and you enjoy supporting others to make their experience smoother.
- You’re able to work from our Berlin office to manage physical documentation and onboarding activities.
- Ideally, you’ve had some administrative or customer-facing experience (e.g., in a university office, part-time job, or volunteer role)—but what matters most is your willingness to learn and contribute.
What’s in it for you:
- Accelerate your career growth by joining one of Europe’s most talked about disruptors 🚀.
- Employee benefits that range from a competitive personal development budget, work from home budget, discounts to fitness & wellness memberships, language apps and public transportation.
