About the opportunity
We are seeking an Instructional Design Associate to create impactful learning interventions in different modalities, including online training, micro-learning, instructor-led virtual, and in-person classes, supported by a detailed learning needs analysis, and reflecting N26 branding.

- Create engaging and compelling learning content targeting audiences' knowledge needs
- Identify gaps of information while working with Subject Matter Experts (SME's)
- Create custom exercises and learning activities targeting employees, partners, and vendors
- Apply instructional design theories and best practices such as ADDIE, SAM, etc
- Write and produce videos, audio and course scripts considering visuals, sound effects and music resources
- Conduct research towards defining appropriate learning objectives
- Maintain effective project communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the entire process
- Reinforce the importance of the objectives-reporting correlation to the SME’s
- Calculate time required for concluding efficiently any given project

Background:
- Ability to design and develop engaging and impactful learning and practicing experiences
- Demonstrated ability to analyse learning needs and determine appropriate learning interventions
- Curiosity to explore and experiment with new and innovative approaches to learning
- 3+ years experience in learning design, ideally for operational roles
Skills and behaviours:
- Technical - strong technical skills in the use of tools such as Adobe Captivate 12, familiarity with creating learning journeys with tools like Workday Learning, as well as creating learning solutions with simple tools available in the Google Workspace suite
- Critical Thinking - Natural ability to look beyond what is required to capture what it is needed
- Detailed – Realizes the importance of details in creating impactful outcomes
