N26 x Google Play Store Cashback T&Cs (‘Cashback T&Cs’)

The cashback promotion is offered solely by N26 SE, Voltairestraße 8, 10179 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter: ‘N26’) as sole organizer and provider. The cashback promotion is in no way sponsored, controlled, managed, administered or funded by Google Ireland Limited (located at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) or any other Google entitles and they have no involvement in the cashback promotion other than publicising the cashback promotion in Google Play. Any cashback payouts are managed and controlled directly by N26. Promotion valid from 05.11.2025 until 05.12.2025 (‘Promotion Period’) and once per eligible customer. The promotion is available to new N26 customers with their residence in Germany or Spain, who open a new N26 bank account during the Promotion Period after seeing the cashback promotion publicised in Google Play, and redeeming the specified promotional code during the account sign-up process. Participation in the promotion is limited to the first 6,000 eligible sign-ups in Spain and the first 9,000 eligible sign-ups in Germany. To accrue cashback under the cashback promotion, customers must use their new N26 Mastercard Debit Card in Google Play. Only payments made in Google Play, with the exception of payments for Google Play book purchases, shall be considered ‘Eligible Payments’. Eligible N26 customers will receive a reimbursement of 100% of Eligible Payments made with their N26 Mastercard Debit Card in Google Play during the first two monthly statement periods of their new N26 account, up to a total of €50 per monthly statement period in Germany and €30 per monthly statement period in Spain (€100 in total in Germany, €60 in total in Spain). The first monthly statement period starts on the account opening date. For accounts opened on 05.11.25, the two monthly statement periods are 05.11.25 – 04.12.25, and 05.12.25 – 04.01.26. The cashback accrued per monthly statement period will be credited to the new N26 account on the first day of the next monthly statement period. The final cashback will be issued on 05.02.2026 New N26 premium members must pay their monthly N26 premium membership fee in order to benefit from the promotion. N26 reserves the right to otherwise immediately stop crediting any cashback under these Cashback T&Cs. If new N26 customers terminate their N26 Standard account or N26 Premium membership in line with the applicable N26 account T&Cs during the period in which they accrue cashback, they lose the right to receive or claim any cashback that has not been paid out before the termination date. N26 reserves the right to terminate this cashback promotion or perform reasonable changes to the promotion at any time if it becomes aware of any abuse of the promotion or violation of these Cashback T&Cs. N26 further reserves the right to stop crediting any cashback under these Cashback T&Cs if N26 customers misuse the promotion. This promotion will be subject to the legislation of the country that the N26 entity that the customer has contracted with has its legal seat. The official language of these Cashback T&Cs is the contract language of the current account contract between N26 and the customer (hereinafter: the ‘Official Language’). Any translation must be considered as a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancies between the Official Language of these Cashback T&Cs and any courtesy translation, the Official Language version will prevail.
