FAQ

  • Once you’ve opened an N26 bank account, head to the Home tab of the app. Select ‘Add money’ and ‘Get your salary paid to N26’. Copy the email template and send it to your employer, they’ll take care of the rest.
  • Once you’ve opened an N26 bank account, head to your profile. There you’ll select 'Set N26 as primary bank' and follow the steps to have your direct debits automatically transferred to N26 from another bank account.
  • To qualify to win a chance at doubling your salary, you’ll need to sign up for the promotion and bring at least €800 per month to your N26 bank account. We choose 10 winners per month, based on the previous calendar month.
  • Once you sign up for the promotion to win back one of your bills, you’ll be eligible every month to get one paid for — up to €100. In order to qualify to have your salary doubled, you’ll need to sign up to that promotion and bring in €800+ per month to your N26 bank account.
