About the opportunity
As a Senior CRM Specialist, Engagement and Retention, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our CRM strategies, with a focus on a balanced mix of 50% operational tasks and 50% strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in optimising our CRM engagement and retention efforts to align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.

What you'll need to be successful:
- Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, employing a holistic approach to engage effectively with our customer base.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of complex campaigns, leveraging your operational expertise.
- Champion adherence to established processes, both within your role and among stakeholders, to maximise campaign efficiency and operational excellence.
- Conceptualise, set up, and maintain automated communication workflows that support the achievement of CRM key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with data analytics and data engineers to ensure a data driven approach to your work.
- Utilise A/B testing methodologies to optimise campaign performance, leveraging your technical and analytic proficiency.
- Own and report on the development of your KPI’s.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM team and seasoned CRM managers to conceptualise and plan new strategic campaigns that align with the company's overarching goals.
- Lead the implementation of these strategic initiatives, leveraging your strategic insights and operational expertise to drive success.
- Apply data-driven insights and your understanding of customer segments to ensure targeted messaging and the achievement of strategic objectives.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in CRM roles
- Proven track record in CRM campaign execution and optimisation at a senior level.
- Strong technical skills, including HTML, SQL and A/B testing, to ensure operational excellence.
- Proficiency in CRM tools to drive effective campaigns. Braze experience is a strong plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Creative problem-solving ability combined with a strategic mindset to drive innovation in CRM initiatives.
- Experience with reactivation programs is a strong plus.
