You'll work closely with marketing data scientists and analysts, as well as the wider data community, to develop data pipelines and models that optimize marketing programs. - Provide clean data models: Design data models in dbt to build a single source of truth for all marketing data. You will champion company-wide data literacy by delivering self-service, production-ready data layers that empower analysts and business leaders to answer their own complex questions.
- Build data products: You'll use software engineering best practices like version control, continuous integration, testing, and documentation to ensure high quality and scalability in our data pipelines, preventing corrupted data from entering downstream machine learning models.

- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues within the transformation pipeline, providing sustainable technical solutions to ensure system uptime.
- BI Infrastructure Support: Build and manage sophisticated data models within our BI tools (e.g., Metabase, QuickSight) to drive consistent reporting and data visualization across the company.
- Collaborate: Actively participate in white-boarding sessions and technical design reviews to ideate and develop new data services and internal tools. You'll work closely with marketing, data analysts and data scientists to align data strategies with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
What you need to be successful:
