However, with the recent advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), we aim to upgrade Neon to the next level. Our objective is to leverage these new technologies to deliver a superior, more intuitive customer experience. Here’s a link to read a bit more about the history of Neon.Key Responsibilities:Write Training Data for Chatbot Models:
- Create and curate high-quality training data sets to improve chatbot model performance.
- Ensure training data is diverse, comprehensive, and accurately reflects user queries and interactions.
- Manage and continuously improve training data to optimise AI model performance.
- Design and write engaging and contextually appropriate dialogs for various use cases.
- Tailor dialog content to meet specific user needs and scenarios.
- Work closely with the product and customer support teams to ensure dialogs align with overall user experience goals.
- Analyse current chatbot performance metrics and user interactions.
- Regularly identify and share areas for improvement in the chatbot experience.
- Train and test models, independently addressing and resolving key issues.
- Develop a solid understanding of our chatbot training and testing setup.
- Work with the team to identify and propose enhancements for the chatbot's performance and user experience.
- User-Centric Attitude:
- A strong focus on understanding and meeting user needs and expectations.
- Ability to empathise with users and anticipate their interactions with the chatbot.
- Analytical Mindset:
- Interest in data analysis; some experience with data analysis is preferred.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Interest in Technical Matters:
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, machine learning, NLP and chatbot technologies.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field.
- Current Academic Pursuit:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program at a German university or university of applied sciences.
- Language Requirements:
- Written & spoken German (C1 level) is a must. French, Spanish & Italian language skills are an advantage.
