Bilingual UX Content Designer (English & French)

About the opportunity

We're looking for a

UX Content Designer

to join N26’s UX team.
In this role, you’ll join a cross-functional team and

shape the overall content experience

to help our customers achieve their financial goals.
You'll also collaborate on content strategy tasks

alongside our UX Content Design Team

(currently 2 members). This includes developing content systems, frameworks, and scalable tooling to empower other teams and ensure content quality and consistency.

In this role, you will:

  • Join our

    multilingual UX Content team

    , reporting to a

    Design Manager

    .
  • Actively contribute to

    driving the discipline's strategy, standards, and adoption

    across N26.
  • Collaborate

    with your colleagues from UX, Product, Legal, and Engineering, and other teams to design user-centric, clear, inclusive, and accessible microcopy.
  • Design the end-to-end content

    of a project, working from initial concept and discovery through final delivery and iterations.
  • Identify areas to optimize and standardize content flows in English.
  • Conduct

    content audits in French

    , together with the Localization team.
  • Help maintain and onboard new stakeholders to our

    Content Design System and localized style guides

    .
  • Partner with Marketing and Localization to ensure

    consistent voice and tone

    across all touchpoints.
  • Advocate

    for the value of Content Design within the organization.
  • Explore and contribute to projects

    leveraging AI and Localization tools

    to scale and improve our process.

What you need to be successful:

  • You have at least 5 years experience as a UX content designer,

    fintech knowledge

    is a plus.
  • You're very familiar with 

    UX best practices

    , and fully understand the value of listening to users and

    looking at data

    when making content decisions.
  • You have

    excellent writing proficiency

    in English and French, and know how to make content relevant for specific audiences.
  • You’re a systems thinker, and show an interest in

    Content Design systems,

    Content Operations and AI

    to create content scalable solutions.
  • You know how to add value

    at each stage of the design process

    , and your portfolio proves it.
  • You thrive working on

    multiple exciting and innovative projects

    with different scopes and stakeholders.
  • You empathize with the people you work with, as much as you

    empathize with users
