As Senior Talent Partner for the Executive Team, you will work directly with senior executive stakeholders to help shape and hire the next generation of leaders. The role offers significant exposure to high-impact decision-making, with a day-to-day focus on deep stakeholder engagement, robust research, and delivering clear, strategic hiring recommendations. Alongside executive hiring, you will support the wider Talent team on strategic initiatives, helping to strengthen our hiring approach as the business continues to mature. Executive Hiring & Market Mapping- Lead & support end-to-end Director+ searches across functions and markets, from briefing to offer.
- Build structured search strategies and talent maps that generate strong, diverse leadership pipelines.
- Assess candidates rigorously and deliver clear, evidence-based hiring recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on leadership hiring strategy and market insights.
- Confidently challenge ideas, timelines, and expectations to ensure the best hiring outcomes.
- Translate market intelligence into clear narratives that enable confident decisions
- Help define and elevate best practices for executive hiring across the company.
- Embed inclusive search strategies to strengthen diversity in leadership pipelines
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team on strategic initiatives, from AI adoption to quality-of-hire improvements
- Continue to support in improving our processes and tooling
What you bring
- Executive search experience: Experience working on Director + roles
- Stakeholder Gravitas: confidence working directly with senior executives, with the communication skills to influence, challenge, and advise credibly
- Bias for Action: You take ownership, move searches forward proactively, and maintain momentum even in ambiguous or complex situations
- Collaborative Mindset: You work seamlessly with recruiters, researchers, HRBPs, and leadership teams to deliver strong hiring outcomes
- Commercial Thinking: You understand how leadership hires shape company performance, and can connect hiring decisions to business strategy
