Technical Product Manager - AI

About the opportunity

The Business Enablement Group at N26 is empowering company departments without technical expertise by leveraging AI technologies to develop and implement innovative, user-friendly solutions that automate and optimize internal processes.    We are looking for a data-driven, technically savvy, Technical Product Manager who is passionate about AI and the opportunities it offers. 

In this role, you will:

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our generative AI internal products.  
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the generative AI space.  
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to explore and evaluate new generative AI models and techniques.  
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Work closely with design to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.  
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies.  
• Champion a data-driven approach to product development, using data to inform decisions and iterate on product offerings.

 

What you need to be successful:

• Solid educational background or practical experience in a similar role is critical
• An in-depth understanding of Lean and Agile best practices.
• Prior experience building products using LLMs and GenAI.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, bridging the gap between technical and product professionals to drive balanced prioritization and collaboration
• Familiarity with Software development lifecycle
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Knowledge of the products we offer and passion for N26
• Hungry to constantly learn and improve

Nice to have:

• Technical background in the field of Software Engineering/Product Management
• Experience with Security and Regulatory Compliance best practices
• Experience working with interdisciplinary Agile teams
• Experience documenting processes in regulated environments
