  • Build and maintain program-level and GOS-wide dashboards that turn data into insights and drive smarter decision-making.
  • Partner with teams to identify opportunities for

  • Contribute to the tracking and delivery of team

(Objectives and Key Results), ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop skills in project management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership within a supportive, high-performing team.

  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Atlassian Analytics, and JIRA reporting.
  • Familiarity with SQL. JQL, or Python are a plus.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in project management, consulting, or similar fields.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field (preferred, not required).
Skills
  • Solid understanding of Agile ways of working, with the ability to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to build insightful dashboards and track key metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you can understand requirements quickly and deliver outcomes that meet expectations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about project management and operational excellence.
  • Growth mindset with an agile, “get things done” attitude.
