efforts by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to shape business strategies and enable operational change. In this role, you will report to the Head ofCustomer Support & Operations Enablement

, serving as one of their key business partners.In this role, you will:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, implement automation, and support scalable business growth.
- Define and prioritize projects, setting timelines to achieve goals efficiently.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure alignment with company objectives, proactively reviewing data and performance insights.
- Develop business cases to evaluate the cost, impact and value of new opportunities.
- Manage and maintain critical vendor and external service provider relationships, ensuring strong collaboration, performance tracking, and compliance with SLAs and risk management protocols.
- Become a subject matter expert in some operational area by gaining a deep understanding of the infrastructure and related processes.
- Support strategic initiatives from design through execution and ongoing refinement.
- Serve as a central liaison for cross-functional teams including Product & Tech, Data, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Finance.
- Apply and advance key business skills such as data analysis, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project leadership.
What you need to be successful:
Background
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field from a top-tier university
- 4+ years of experience in fast-paced environments such as fintech, banking, consulting, startups, or corporate strategy roles—ideally within regulated industries or financial services
- Proven experience managing business process outsourcing and external vendors, with strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
- Track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of scalable process design, automation technologies, and standardization best practices
- An analytical mindset to deconstruct complex problems with a focus on delivering data-driven impact
Skills
- Project management experience, particularly in cross-functional teams with Product, Tech, or Operations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a multicultural environment across various areas of expertise
- Comfortable working independently on compliance and regulatory-related topics and engaging with relevant stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Agile mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, growth-oriented attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills; fluency in Excel and project management tools is essential
- Proficient in SQL and confident in working with data to drive decisions
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills using PowerPoint
- Passion for the banking and fintech industry, with a desire to deepen understanding of how N26 operates
- Experience with operational processes optimization and understanding key drivers of customer satisfaction are a plus
