We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and execution-oriented Strategic Partner Management Associate to join our team. This high-impact, hybrid position connects high-level strategy with day-to-day operational execution. In this role, you will act as a key liaison connecting external partners with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Security. This role balances senior external partner management—including executive business reviews, vendor governance, and supplier selection—with hands-on operational execution.In this role, you will:
Strategic Governance, Analytics & Executive Presence- Support Leadership on Executive Reviews (QBRs/HBRs): Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on high-stakes Quarterly and Half-Yearly Business Reviews with external strategic partners and internal domain leaders.
- Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence: Build, maintain, and present intuitive dashboards, performance metrics, and deep-dive analytical views to track vendor SLAs, quality metrics, and productivity trends to help leadership make informed decisions.
- Cross-Functional Advisory: Partner with operations, product, tech and business teams to consult, specify, and deploy automated reporting and process solutions that scale with N26’s hyper-growth.
- End-to-End Invoice Reconciliation: Design, implement, and run monthly processes to gather multi-source invoice inputs, perform accounting reconciliations, and validate complex partner billing against contracted rates.
- Financial KPI Management & Dispute Resolution: Track invoice accuracy metrics, establish financial anomaly triggers, and support our finance and procurement teams manage and resolve complex billing disputes with external vendors.
- Budget & Cost Optimization: Work alongside N26 Finance to operationalize vendor requests, track spend variance, and identify efficiency opportunities across domain partner contracts.
- MSA & Contract Execution: Support our procurement team in the execution and oversight of N26 Master Services Agreements (MSAs),ensuring ongoing compliance with Security, IT, Legal, Tax, Financial Invoicing, and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) standards.
- Vendor Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct rigorous procurement procedures, risk assessments, and technical readiness evaluations to seamlessly onboard and offboard external technology and service providers.
- Access Rights & Operational Hygiene: Execute critical administrative tasks, including managing hardware/software licensing, access rights governance (adding/revoking), and routine partner-facing communication in strict accordance with N26 security protocols.
- Audit Interface & Liaison: Act as the central interface for internal and external auditors, facilitating audit requirements and coordinating documentation, evidence collection, and remediations across external vendor stakeholders as well as internal Product and Tech teams.
What you need to be successful:
Background:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related quantitative field.
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in vendor management, strategic account management, BPO/ITO governance, or consulting/finance operations. Experience working for or with retail banks, neobanks and fintechs is a plus.
- Foundational accounting knowledge with experience in multi-source invoice reconciliation, cost tracking, and financial dispute resolution.
- Experience liaising with internal/external auditors or handling compliance, risk assessment, and/or regulatory reviews within tech or banking environments.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, designing structured workflows, and delivering under tight timelines. Lean/Six Sigma experience or certification is a plus
- Ability to manipulate complex dataset views, identify trends, and translate raw data into polished executive slides and actionable insights.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills - ability to work cross-functionally across multiple business units with autonomy.
- Ability to distil informal customer and partner requirements into problem definitions, dealing with ambiguity and competing objectives.
- Ability to triage operational issues with both business and technical stakeholders, establish root cause, and propose quality improvement mechanisms.

- Fluency in English.
