N26 comes on board as SK Rapid Vienna’s new team partner
This upcoming football season, The Mobile Bank N26 will be Rapid Vienna’s new team partner for the coming two terms. The global leader in digital banking was founded by two Austrians and today has over 7 million customers in 25 countries, and will now also offer various benefits to the many Rapid fans as part of this new partnership.
Christoph Peschek, Chief Financial Officer at Rapid Vienna: “I am very happy to welcome such a young and highly innovative business as N26 to our green-white family of team partners. Our new partner will be present in the Allianz Stadium through classical advertising formats such as the video wall, the Cam Carpet or the SMD boards. N26 will also be a part-time sleeve sponsor for selected national league matches as well as for the extremely important UEFA Champions League qualifiers against Czech top club Sparta Prague. In the coming months, we have another special feature waiting for our fans: a bank card in our club colours featuring our emblem will be launched and parts of the digital N26 app will be designed accordingly! I am thrilled to have another partner on board that can fully identify with Rapid and I’m sure that, together, we will develop amazing products for our fans to benefit from.”
