If you need help, our Italian Customer Service agents are here for you everyday, from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, including Sundays and public holidays. Just open your N26 app and go to the “My Account” section to use the chat function. And in case you need it, our agents also speak English, French, German and Spanish!

Deposit and withdraw cash at the supermarket
Should I go to the ATM or do the groceries first? With N26, you no longer need to choose! Discover CASH26, the feature helping you withdraw and deposit cash at over 500 partner supermarkets across Italy. Just generate a barcode in your app and show it to the cashier. They will scan it and your account balance will update immediately!
Find your nearest PENNY Market or Pam store (Pam supermarkets, Pam superstores, Pam Panorama and Pam local) in the N26 app and try it out.

After reaching 500,000 customers in Italy last year, our mission is stronger than ever: to offer products and services which satisfy the daily banking needs of our Italian customers. That’s why, from now on, all new N26 accounts opened in Italy automatically have an Italian IBAN.
Italian IBAN: what does this mean?
Our customer’s feedback is very important to us—and we know that the Italian IBAN will make it even easier to manage your money with N26. For example, you’ll be able to manage your utilities and subscriptions (from streaming services to the gym) from your N26 account in one simple, intuitive app.
The security of your account, however, will be the same: whether you have a German or an Italian IBAN, all N26 accounts are protected up to €100,000 by the German deposit protection scheme.
At N26, we’re serving our Italian customers better than ever. But this is just the beginning—our focus on the local dimension remains a key point for us and will guide us when developing new products and services in the coming months.
