With most debit cards, you’ll typically need to go through the following steps immediately:
Lock your card immediately. With N26, you can do this instantly within the app.
If your card doesn’t turn up, contact your bank to report that your card was lost or stolen.
Fill out a dispute form regarding any fraudulent transactions or any purchases or withdrawals that you didn’t make.
Request a new debit card.
It can be a frustrating experience, especially if you have to deal with your bank’s automated phone system, wait on hold, or fill out complicated paperwork.

Tap the “Actions” button
Tap “Card Settings”
Tap “Order a New Card”
Select the reason why, either “My card got stolen” or “I lost my card”
