    Choose 'Get started' on your N26 app Home tab and follow the instructions. If you don't see this, go to the Explore tab and look out for 'Shop. Share. Win!'

    You can enter any time during the promotion from November 20 to December 15 and all eligible purchases during that period will be counted towards your total, regardless of when you enter.

    The eligible amount spent with your N26 card is multiplied by the number of successful friend referrals you make. For example, if you spend €500 during the promotion period and refer 3 friends, your potential prize would be €1,500. If you refer zero or one friend your amount remains the same, e.g. €500 x0 is still €500 in this promotion.

    After you’ve entered the promotion, you can always follow the ‘Refer a friend’ button located on the Home tab in your N26 app. This will give you a link to share with your friends.

    As many as you like! Referring two friends doubles the prize amount, three triples it, etc.

    Your friend needs to sign up to N26 using your unique referral link. With their opened account, they'll need to make one card transaction worth equal or more than the amount earned in the referral invite. A qualified referral means all of these actions are taken by December 15, 2024.

    Unfortunately they won't count toward multiplying your prize total. But you'll still get your referral bonus once they sign up and make a transaction that's of a value equal or more than the referral bonus.

    Your friend has likely not yet opened their account, or not yet made their first transaction with their N26 card or virtual card. Don't worry, they have until December 15 to do this!

    Card purchases — both physical and virtual that go through (e.g. transaction is confirmed and money is collected by the merchant). Excluded are bank transfers, ATM withdrawals, top-ups, and recurring billed payments. Eligible transactions are those performed during the 26-day promotion period.

The legal entity offering the Shop.Share.Win. holiday promotion (‘promotion’) is the N26 entity identified below that has a contractual relationship with the eligible customer (‘N26’), as applicable:

N26 is the sole organiser of the promotion. Any payouts are managed directly by N26. The promotion is available to all existing and new, business and personal, N26 customers (across all subscription tiers) with their residence in Germany, France (not available for residents in the French territories outside Europe), Spain, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, or Switzerland, and have a legal age of 18 years or older. Customers in the eligible markets may receive an Email, in-app message, push notification or social media content, informing them about the promotion. In order to participate in the promotion, customers in the eligible markets must actively enrol in the promotion through the respective button in the activation screen shown in the N26 app. The activation screen in the N26 app can be accessed through in-app message and the home screen in the N26 app. The promotion runs from 20.11.2024 00:00 CET until 15.12.2024 23:59 CET (‘promotion period’). A total of 100 winners (‘winners’) will be chosen randomly by an independent jury of N26 employees through a raffle. N26 employees are excluded from participating. The winners will be contacted via Email at the end of the competition period. The winners will receive a reimbursement of all physical, digital and virtual card payments made during the promotion period (‘prize’). SEPA transfers, account top-ups, MoneyBeam, internal transfers, ATM withdrawals are excluded. Only such transactions in which the card transaction was confirmed and the merchant collected the money is included, while ones which are only a first step of the transaction and involves the merchant putting a block on the respective funds are excluded. If the participant successfully refers two or more friends during the promotion period, the participant will receive a reimbursement amount equal to the total card transaction volume multiplied by the number of successful friend referrals. For the referral to be successfully counted as part of this promotion, the referred friend must complete their account opening with N26 and make at least one card transaction equal to or greater than the amount specified in the referral invitation by December 15, 2024. The maximum prize amount available within this promotion is 25,000 EUR. Any prize winnings exceeding this amount are excluded. The payout will be made by the 10th of January, 2025. The reimbursement will be credited to the N26 bank account of the winner and reimbursement to another bank account is excluded. N26 Smart, You and Metal Premium customers have to regularly pay their periodic N26 Premium membership fee (from EUR 4,90/month up to EUR 16,90/month, depending on the N26 Premium account). N26 reserves the right to otherwise immediately stop crediting any reimbursements under these T&Cs. If N26 or N26 customers terminate the N26 account in line with the applicable N26 account T&Cs during the promotion period, they lose the right to receive or claim any reimbursement that has not been paid out before the termination date. N26 reserves the right to terminate this promotion or perform reasonable changes to the promotion at any time if it notices any abuse of the promotion or violation of these T&Cs. N26 further reserves the right to stop crediting any reimbursements under these T&Cs, if N26 customers undertake to misuse the promotion. This promotion will be subject to the legislation of the country that the N26 entity that the customer has contracted with has its legal seat. The official language of these T&Cs is the contract language of the current account contract between N26 and the customer (hereinafter: the ‘official language’). Any translation must be considered as a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancies between the official language of these T&Cs and any courtesy translation, the official language version will prevail. Participation in the promotion of N26 is based on these T&Cs. If a participant successfully refers friends within the promotion period, the T&Cs for friend referrals also apply: The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers of N26 except existing friend referral offers.
