In this role, you will:

As a Tech Lead Engineer, you'll be at the helm, steering our Cloud Infrastructure and Corporate IT Security teams with a hands-on leadership approach. You won't just lead; you'll set the pace, exemplifying how to drive solutions from inception to fruition across the tech and security segments. Your leadership will be the guiding roadmap, inspiring all to follow your lead and achieve excellence.

Strategic Leadership

• Roadmap Ownership: You take the helm in steering the Cloud Infrastructure and Corporate IT team's technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with team, stakeholder and the Security Segment.

• Innovative Initiatives: As the driving force behind our tech domain, you own, define, and lead complex initiatives, solutions, and frameworks. Your proactive stance in identifying and mitigating security threats elevates our security maturity across the board.

• Compliance: It's on your shoulders to ensure a comprehensive, up-to-date team documentation and expertly handle compliance requests with the team that come our way.

Technical Expertise and Guidance

• Technical Mentorship: You provide unwavering support to team members, guiding them through technical challenges, key decisions, and complex security issues. Your mentorship helps them grow and excel.

Technical Expertise

• Profound Mastery: Your expertise shines in securing AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, Linux systems, endpoint devices, email security, DLP, Identity and Access Management, and corporate critical applications.

• Automation Virtuosity: Proficient in wielding CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Terraform) to orchestrate automated security testing and drive change management initiatives.

• Security Authority: Your knowledge encompasses the intricacies of common security frameworks and tactics, including STRIDE, MITRE ATT&CK^®, NIST, and OWASP, positioning you as a formidable security authority.

• Tools Virtuoso: Proven experience in deploying and tailoring security tools, from vulnerability scanners and static analyzers to web application firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security monitoring, to effectively combat threats and minimize risk.

• Scripting Mastery: Your scripting skills in Python, Bash, or GO empower you to streamline processes and fortify security measures.

• Ethical Hacking Prowess: Demonstrating expertise in ethical hacking and penetration test methodologies, you ensure comprehensive security assessments.

• Agile Mastery: Your solid grasp of agile methodologies and project management facilitates agile development and seamless delivery.

• Collaborative Dynamo: A track record of harmonious collaboration across diverse teams and segments, ensuring successful accomplishment of intricate objectives.

Education & Work Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience leading security teams in a Tech Lead position or similar, with a proven track record.
• Educational Excellence: You hold either a Master's degree in cybersecurity or a related field or a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, enriched by advanced security certifications.
