About the opportunity

We are seeking an Assistance Segment Intern to assist with assigned platform initiatives and support the Dash Platform team.
Assistance is a core segment in N26’s Product Tech department. We provide tooling and strategy by way of providing top tier support channels and easing friction in the customer support experience workflows.
Dash26 is a primary internal tooling platform used by our product feature teams to enable support for the N26 portfolio offerings. The Dash Platform team owns this platform, and provides core features and accelerates the build out of these internal features by creating tools and managing the platform.
In this role, you will:
Assist with assigned internal tooling initiatives.
Lead and participate in agile ceremonies.
Manage administrative tasks.
Support the creation of workshops and presentations.
Support the Assistance team in operational processes.
Support the Assistance Director and Dash Platform PM in their daily business.
Help prepare research and documentation on initiative delivery.
What you need to be successful:
You are a Bachelor/Master Student or Graduate in one of the following fields: Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics, Computer Science, Math.
You have already gained some work experience in product or technology before or in an international company in a regulated environment (preferably in a bank/financial institution or consultancy)
Excellent written and oral language skills in English (Spanish is a bonus!)
You have a hands-on mentality and willingness to learn with a positive attitude
Have the demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
You are legally eligible to work in Spain
