About the opportunity

We are seeking a progressive Senior Talent Management Lead to help us continue developing our Talent Management practices at N26. 

Our Talent & Organisational Development team is responsible for everything related to Talent Management, Growth and Culture. We are a new team that is being formed to improve our current practices and create new ones from scratch, so you will have lots of creative freedom and green field space to shape things, try new approaches and have a global impact across all levels of the organisation. 

This position can be based in any of our offices (Berlin HQ, Paris, Vienna, Milan, Barcelona, Madrid).

In this role, you will:

  • Further develop and revamp our Performance Management practices to introduce modern approaches and forward looking processes for the whole group. Drive the execution of the process together with our People Business Partners and People Tech.
  • Create our Talent Management practices and processes, including topics like Talent Reviews, Career Development, Succession Planning, etc.
  • Partner with Learning & Leadership Development, Organisational Development, Rewards and other teams of our People division to build topics like Career Frameworks, Job Architecture and Competency models.

What you need to be successful:

  • Several years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Development, etc.
  • Experience in Change Management and knowledge of new ways of working (e.g. Agile, Design Thinking, Product Development, etc.)
  • Additional experience in Organisational Development is an asset.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders at all levels, influencing them and developing products that serve their needs.
  • Experience working with Works Councils.
  • Direct leadership experience is a plus.
