About the opportunity

The Mail Distribution & Contact Center Team belongs to the Banking Operations division in N26. This team wants to build the most efficient internal distribution flow for digital and paper based non-customer inquiries.

That is why we are seeking for a smart Banking Operations Working Student to join our team. You will get a great insight in one of Germany's most challenging FinTechs while supporting almost every team in the company.

IMPORTANT: We need a student to start as soon as possible (May/June).

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure that all other N26 departments receive incoming letters or consignments of goods in a safe and timely manner
  • Make sure that incoming mails from other locations are distributed correctly in accordance with our processes and service levels
  • Distribute mail cases and faxes to the appropriate departments along our system and processes
  • Recognise & implement process or organisational improvements
  • Clarification of processing responsibilities

What you need to be successful:

Background:

  • You are currently enrolled in University/Business School and are studying for your Bachelors or Masters in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance or in a comparable degree course
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the financial services industry (Bank, FinTech, etc)
  • Experience with CRM Systems is a plus

Skills:

  • You have excellent German and English language skills

  • You are available to work for at least 6 months, ideally 1 year, as a part-time student (20h/week)
