As our first Training and Document specialist you’ll drive the creation, design and implementation of innovative training materials for our growing customer service organization. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of teams across the organization from Product and Engineering to Legal and AML in order to create and deliver flawless content.

You’ll be encouraged to jump in and drive the development of your role as there will be many opportunities to take on diverse challenges as we continue to grow and navigate this exciting space!

This is an incredible opportunity to develop and deliver on innovative and existing approaches to instructor led and on-line training such as the build out of our US knowledge base both for training content as well as our customer facing website.

Once Here You Will

  • Conduct training programs and workshops to enable implementation and accelerate adoption of products.
  • Significantly contribute to the build of our Knowledge Base from the ground up.
  • Design and develop innovative and learning solutions that are personalized, engaging, impactful, and accessible.
  • Collaborate effectively with SME’s across the organization to digest and comprehend more complex/technical content throughout course development to produce accurate and meaningful training materials.
  • Develop additional teaching aids, such as job aids, e-learning, and interactive learning tools.
  • Develop instructor-led training material with support materials, such as instructor and participant guides.
  • Collaborate with Technical Writers to use Knowledge Base and customer facing website content in training materials.
  • Design and develop innovative and learning solutions that are personalized, engaging, impactful, and accessible.
  • Continually look for opportunities to improve training quality through various training initiatives and processes.
  • Remain current on emerging technologies, methodologies, and enhancements to current learning technology.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of quality courses through proper time management.

What You Will Bring Along

  • At least 4 years of experience and/or training, instructional design and web content development; ideally within Banking or Fintech.
  • Expertise in online and mobile learning delivery design techniques and strategies.
  • Strong technical writing skills with experience writing content for several communications and training methods, mediums, and for varied audiences.
  • Ability to create coherent, concise documents from large volumes of technical information, and have strong editorial skills.
  • Flexible and able to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment.
  • Some ability to travel to partner locations.

The N26 US team is a group of unique and talented people consisting of alumni from Stanford, Northwestern, University of Chicago, Duke, Syracuse, Villanova, and University of California, University of Denver, just to name a few! Many of us have gained our previous work experience at companies like Airbnb, Dow Jones, The New York Times, Expedia, PwC, J.P. Morgan, Etsy, Dish Network, Sling TV, Western Union and Morgan Stanley.

As far as fun facts go, our team is comprised of two NYC marathon finishers, a former sushi chef, a former competitive wakeboarder, and a certified yoga instructor. Collectively, we speak English, German, Greek, French, Spanish, Italian, Cantonese, Portuguese, Urdu and Hebrew.
