About the Opportunity

As Head of Business – Grow & Engage, you will lead the business strategy, operations, and partnerships for one of our most critical domains: Grow & Engage – encompassing Acquisition and Engagement. You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Data leaders to steer our commercial and strategic direction. This role mirrors the product structure and is essential in bridging business strategy with product execution to drive growth and retention across our customer base.

In this role, you will:

  • Co-Own the business strategy for the Grow & Engage domain, aligning with company objectives and product vision.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing team of Strategy & Operations Managers, Analysts, and Partnerships Managers.
  • Act as the strategic counterpart to the Product Director and segment leads in Acquisition, Engagement, and Subscriptions, ensuring strong alignment across roadmaps and initiatives.
  • Drive commercial outcomes through rigorous P&L management, KPI forecasting, funnel optimisation, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage growth partnerships that enhance product value and retention.
  • Steer operational performance through business reviews, strategic planning cycles, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Support executive decision-making with structured insights, forecasts, and strategic frameworks.
     

What you need to be successful:

Background:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or product/business leadership – ideally in fintech, or digital B2C environments.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional business teams in high-growth or product-led companies.
  • Track record in commercial strategy
     

Skills:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link product, marketing, and financial outcomes.
  • Excellent people leadership and coaching skills – you develop talent and inspire performance.
  • Data-driven mindset – comfortable using metrics to drive business decisions and performance management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – from analysts to C-level.
