Strategy & Operations Associate - Acquire

About the opportunity
We are looking for a data-driven Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Grow & Engage business domain - Customer Acquisition segment (Acquire), where you will play a pivotal role in growing our customer base, improving our acquisition funnel and the overall efficiency of user acquisition.
As part of our team, you’ll help shape strategic initiatives that drive growth, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging data insights to inform key decisions.
In this role, you will:
- Support the creation and refinement of the Customer Acquisition (Acquire) segment strategies and roadmap, enabling prioritisation and decision-making.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and innovate our acquisition funnel and customer onboarding journey.
- Prepare business cases to assess both initiatives and experiments' impact.
- Own execution monitoring of initiatives, analysing and reporting customer journey data to derive insights and actions.
- Lead project management efforts for product launches, focusing on operational readiness, project planning, and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product, driving alignment between marketing campaigns and product launches to maximize acquisition funnel performance.
- Become a central stakeholder for other departments, including Product & Tech, Marketing, Data, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Operations.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Background:
- Minimum of 3 years in a high-growth startup (preferred), fintech, banking, or consulting.
- Experience in growth marketing or product management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field from a top-tier institution.
- Proven experience in making data-driven recommendations and driving strategic outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently source data and derive insights.
- Strong problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw innovative conclusions.
- Effective visualization and storytelling skills for presenting insights.
- Interest and curiosity for the banking/fintech industry.
- Fluent in English.
